Fabulous Stay with Exceptional Service

Our family recently had a lovely stay at this resort. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Mr Mohamed Mahmoud at reception, who ensured we had everything we needed. The food was delicious with a variety of dining options, and the pool staff were attentive in serving refreshing drinks. While the resort amenities were fantastic, it would be better if they could improve the wifi connection.

Had an amazing time with friends! The food selection was fantastic, and we loved hanging out by the pools. The staff was super friendly, making us feel right at home. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some sun. Don't miss the snorkeling trips!

One downside was the long walk from our room to the main reception area. It was quite a trek and could be inconvenient, especially in the heat. A shuttle service is available, but it wasn't always quick.

Our family stayed in a Superior Room that was spacious and bright. We really liked the layout, especially since it was set up for four people without any issues. The room was clean and had a great location close to everything we wanted. It had a nice view and the amenities were solid, but the AC was a bit noisy at times. Overall, it met our needs but could use a little updating.

Not a bad choice for a couple of nights in Hurghada with decent value for money. The pool area was nice and spacious for relaxing. Bring small bills for tipping to get better service quickly.

Just a nice choice for a weekend break in Hurghada with excellent value for money. The mini golf was a hit with my kids, providing great evening fun. Try to book activities early as they can fill up fast.

While the hotel's expansive grounds provide plenty of areas to enjoy, walking from the rear rooms to the front can take a bit of effort, especially under the midday sun. The gym left something to be desired. it's cramped and some equipment is outdated, which didn't match up with the otherwise high-quality amenities offered throughout the resort. Additionally, the beach sand is a bit rough, so wearing water shoes is advisable to avoid discomfort while walking to the water.

Spacious rooms provided comfort with effective air conditioning, crucial during the 40°C heat. The private beach offered warm waters, perfect for snorkeling. swimming just a few meters from shore revealed vibrant marine life. However, some dining options felt mediocre in quality, with the need for restaurant refurbishments apparent, particularly in the Italian and German establishments. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff and excellent drinks service by the pool and beach were notable highlights.

It was just a smart choice for a little getaway in Hurghada with value for price. The food was good, especially the new restaurant that had a fun Oktoberfest theme! Make sure to exchange some dollars for tips to get better service.
